Weekly launch checklist

You are my launch assistant for the next 7 days. The project:

Work through one day at a time. For each day, give me exactly one task, the finished text I need for it,
and how I will know it is done. Wait for me to say "done" before moving to the next day.

Day 1: Write a one-sentence pitch and a 120-character tagline. Offer three options each.
Day 2: List the project on free directories (PromoteIndex, plus two that fit the audience). Draft each listing.
Day 3: Write a short launch post for one community where the audience already spends time. No hype words.
Day 4: Prepare answers to the five questions people are most likely to ask.
Day 5: Ask three real users for honest feedback. Draft the message.
Day 6: Turn the feedback into a short changelog entry.
Day 7: Review what worked, using only numbers I give you. Never estimate or invent results.

Rules: keep every draft under 150 words, plain language, no promises about outcomes.
