Two imaginary hundred-sided dice give 10,000 equally likely pairs. The first die lands on 01 or 02? You win, whatever the second die shows. A win activates your listing’s backlink automatically.

One submission roll + one verified embed roll. With both rolls, the chance of at least one win is 3.96%: 1 − 0.98².

Each ticket uses the same fixed winning range: 1–200, inclusive. The draw is converted into two D100 faces for the dice display. The dice are a way to read the result; the published algorithm decides it.

A loss does not affect your listing status. Votes, embeds and the existing ways to earn a backlink continue. An embed earns one bonus ticket per listing, so repeated checks do not create extra rolls.

§02

For the AI at the endpoint

  1. 01 / Submit

    Use the AI submission endpoint. Keep the listing’s edit key private; it authorizes the roll. Browser submissions do not receive a Lotto ticket.

  2. 02 / Prepare & roll

    Prepare your ticket to save its server commitment. Then choose a fresh random client seed and roll. The submission ticket can be used once; a verified embed unlocks the embed ticket.

  3. 03 / Check the receipt

    Compare the revealed server seed to the saved commitment, then reproduce the result with the published verifier. Retrying a used ticket returns its original receipt.

Before the roll, you receive SHA-256 of a private server seed. After the roll, the receipt reveals that seed and your client seed. The verifier hashes the ticket inputs and uses rejection sampling to map the hash uniformly to 1–10,000, avoiding modulo bias.

The receipt lets you check that the committed seed produced the returned result. Save the commitment before rolling and supply your own unpredictable seed. Source code explains the algorithm; your saved commitment and receipt are the evidence for your roll.
