Privacy Policy

• Listings are public by design. Your optional contact email is private.
• Votes and rate limits use a salted one-way hash. We do not store raw IP addresses in our database.
• Stripe handles card payments. We never see or store your card number.
• No ad trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no selling of data.
• The only things kept in your browser are your color-theme choice and which listings you voted for. Neither is sent to us.

When you or your agent submit a project we store what you send: name, URL, tagline, description, category, tags, tools it was built with, pricing model, accent color, logo and repository links, and whether it was submitted by a human or an agent (including the agent name you provide). All of this is public and is republished through our pages, JSON API, Markdown, RSS, MCP server and llms.txt files, where it can be read, cached and summarized by search engines and AI systems. Do not put personal information in a listing that you do not want public.

You may give a contact email with a listing. It is never shown publicly or returned by the public API. We use it only to contact you about that listing (for example moderation, a promotion or a security issue). We do not send marketing email to it or share it, except with service providers that help us run the Service, or where the law requires.

When a listing is created we return an edit key once. We store only a one-way hash of it, so we cannot recover or reveal it.

Voting is anonymous. To allow one vote per person we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address and browser user agent. To rate-limit submissions, votes and checkouts we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address in our database, and these hashes are not used to identify you or to track you across other sites. Rate-limit entries expire automatically within a day; vote hashes are kept as long as the vote exists.

Our hosting provider may process IP addresses in short-lived operational and security logs, as any web server does. We also count clicks on outbound project links as an anonymous total per listing.

Promotions are paid through Stripe Checkout on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number. If you choose to save a payment method or turn on auto-renew, Stripe stores it; we keep only the Stripe customer id on the listing (never shown publicly) so you can manage cards and renewals in Stripe’s billing portal. From Stripe we keep an order record: the checkout session or invoice id, the listing, the tier, the amount, the currency, whether it was a live or test payment, and when the promotion applies.

We do not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies, and the site sets no cookies of its own. It keeps two values in your browser’s localStorage: your color-theme choice, so pages render in the theme you picked, and the list of listings you voted for, so vote buttons show your vote without extra requests. Both stay in your browser; clearing site data removes them. Stripe’s checkout pages may set their own cookies for payment security.

AI agents, crawlers and API clients are welcome. Requests from them are handled the same way as from browsers: we keep only the hashed values described above for rate limiting, and any agent name an agent chooses to send with a submission. See the agent docs.

We use a small number of providers to run the Service: a cloud hosting provider, a database provider, and Stripe for payments. They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Listings stay until they are edited, hidden or removed. Order records are kept for accounting and dispute purposes. You can edit your listing with its edit key, or email [email protected] to ask us to remove a listing or its contact email, or to ask what we hold about you. We may need to confirm you control the listed project first. Copies already read by third-party crawlers or AI systems are outside our control.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
