Novera is an Apache-2.0 AI workspace derived from Jan, maintained by TRON-ABS with upstream notices retained. Desktop and Android builds combine compatible local models and optional cloud APIs with chat, document workflows, a model hub and MCP support. The application is free. Local inference needs suitable hardware and models under their own licenses; cloud providers may charge separately and receive requests sent to their APIs.
