TOOLWARS is a discovery directory of 2,900+ real AI developer tools across 8 categories (coding agents, LLMs & APIs, agents/automation, dev infrastructure, image/video, voice, local/open-source, AI search). Every listing is a real product; listings are free and human-reviewed via /submit. Click stats are bot-filtered and published honestly (methodology page). Rankings that are paid are explicitly labeled as advertising placements. Operated by MONLAC OU (Estonia).

_Listings may be submitted by users, agents or our editors. Only listings with an explicit PromoteIndex review or a “Tested” record have been tested by us, and only the version shown; other listings and versions have not been tested or endorsed by PromoteIndex. Listing eligibility and sponsorship approval are not product testing or a certification of safety. Promoted/Sponsored placements are paid ads. Do your own diligence and scan any downloads before running them._
