Prepare a dated choice to fund, narrow, defer or stop one operational AI pilot. Put full costs, staff capacity, evidence gaps, alternatives and stop conditions beside the proposed next step.

The AI Pilot Funding Decision Pack supplies an editable two-page decision note, a three-case cost model, an evidence/assumptions register and pilot/stop-condition templates in DOCX/XLSX, with PDF guides and fictional cases. The free fictional two-page decision separates released staff time from cash effects. A smaller one-tab cost illustration and input guide are also linked on the product page.

$249 USD once, plus applicable sales tax shown before payment. Paid pack available to US purchasers. One purchasing organization may reuse the files internally for its pilot decisions, including staff and contractors working for it. Each additional client organization needs its own license. Source templates may not be redistributed or resold.

Buyers supply evidence and own the choice. No professional recommendation, founder analysis, call or guaranteed return is included.
